All swimmers and families are welcome to join us for pizza on the hill after the meet for $5 per person. Please RSVP "Attending" for ALL family members who will be eating pizza so that we order enough! RSVP by Friday at 8:00 pm! Pay $5 per person via Venmo @Wakefield-Chapel or you can pay cash to the Team Reps at the event. Bring your own drinks and snacks!

HOME Meet: Swimmers Arrive at 7:45am; Warm Ups begin promptly at 8:00 am; Meet Starts at 9:00 am All volunteers on deck are required to wear navy blue bottoms & a plain white shirt. No exceptions! Fri Jun 14 2024	Job Signup closed RSVP closed Pasta Dinner & Team Photo Wakefield Chapel Start: 5:30 PM End: 7:30 PM Join us for our annual Pasta Dinner to kick off the 2024 Swim Season! Team Photo will be taken at 5:30pm, and dinner will be served at 6:00pm. Please RSVP yes/no so that we can get a count for drinks - everyone is welcome and expected! Every family needs to bring a pasta dish to serve 6-8 people. IN ADDITION to the pasta: Families with a last name starting with A to H should ALSO bring a dessert for 10. Families with a last name starting with I to Z should ALSO bring a side dish or salad for 10. Lemonade & water will be provided. This will be a friendly Wahoo vs. Wahoo meet to practice our skills and get accustomed to diving in meets. Warm-up: 5pm Meet begins: 6pm
Thu Jun 13 2024	DIVE: First Day of Morning Practice Start: 9:15 AM End: 12:00 PM Age 9-12: 9:15 - 10:15 Age 8 & Under: 10:15 - 11:15 Age 13-18: 11:15 - 12:00 All divers are expected to attend their own age group practice unless approved by the Dive Coach.

Mon Jun 10 2024	Job Signup closed Meet Entry closed Wahoos Make Up Time Trials 2024@WC Wakefield Chapel Start: 3:30 PM End: 5:30 PM (estimated) Only if you are unavailable to participate in Time Trials on Saturday, 6/8, please sign up for make-up time trials to be held during practices on Monday, 6/10. Swimmers will swim events in only two lanes, set aside from the normal practice lanes. Middle School and High School aged swimmers (ages 12/13 and older) will swim from 3:30-4:30pm, and Elementary School aged swimmers (age 11/12 and younger) will swim from 4:30-5:30pm. Swimmers must swim in time trials or make-up time trials to establish a 2024 seed time and be eligible to swim in the first Saturday NVSL meet on 6/15. All Wahoos are encouraged to swim the strokes in which they can legally complete the required length of swim for their age. Minnows do not need to swim make-up Time Trials. If you have any questions about whether your child is legal in a stroke, please have them ask their coach. Sign-up for Make-up Time Trials will close at midnight on Saturday, 6/8. No entries will accepted after event registration closes.

All Wahoos are encouraged to swim all the strokes in which they can legally complete the required distance for their age. Sign up for Time Trials will close at midnight on Saturday, June 1. No entries will accepted after registration closes - you MUST sign up no later than Saturday, June 1.

The Swim Team will provide the ice cream -- *each family needs to bring a nut-free topping to share! Drop it off at the Snack Bar at the beginning of your practice!*
