Communication
All Wahoo news is distributed by e-mail and posted on the “News” tab on the team website. You must be logged into your SwimTopia account to view the News page. Please make sure to include a current email address that you check frequently, and check your email DAILY during the season, as it may contain important information regarding your swimmer.
Wahoos Mailboxes
Every family participating on the Wahoo swim team has a folder in the Wahoos Mailbox. The Wahoos Mailbox is used to pass out swim ribbons and a variety of other individual swimmer information. The Wahoos Mailbox – two plastic file cubes – is available at most practices. Please take the contents from your file in the mailbox but leave the folder in place. Adults, please help our smaller swimmers with their mailbox contents. And a reminder: one mailbox per family, not per swimmer.
Team Website
The Wahoo website is an excellent resource with recent news, the full team meet & social calendar, important Wahoo & NVSL documents, and links to helpful websites.
The team website is also where you:
- sign-up to participate in Developmental/B meets
- indicate swimmer availability for NVSL Saturday/A meets
- sign-up for jobs to fulfill your volunteer hours for the team
The website will continue to be updated throughout the season, so check frequently for any updates!
Swimtopia Mobile App
Stay up-to-date on Wahoos team information via the free Swimtopia Mobile App. When signed in with your Wahoos family account, the app shows a personalized view of your family’s meet entries, volunteer signups and swim history. You can also sign up for meets and volunteer jobs through the app. Team Reps will use the Alerts feature to send push notifications for time sensitive notifications, such as weather delays.

Bulletin Board
