Mon Jun 9	Job Signup closed Meet Entry closed Wahoos Make Up Time Trials 2025 @ WC Wakefield Chapel Start: 3:30 PM End: 5:30 PM (estimated) Only if you are unavailable to participate in Time Trials on Saturday, 6/7, please sign up for make-up time trials to be held during practices on Monday, 6/9. Swimmers will swim events in only two lanes, set aside from the normal practice lanes. Middle School and High School aged swimmers (ages 12/13 and older) will swim from 3:30-4:30pm, and Elementary School aged swimmers (age 11/12 and younger) will swim from 4:30-5:30pm. Swimmers must swim in time trials or make-up time trials to establish a 2025 seed time and be eligible to swim in the first Saturday NVSL meet on 6/14. All Wahoos are encouraged to swim the strokes in which they can legally complete the required length of swim for their age. Minnows do not need to swim make-up Time Trials. If you have any questions about whether your child is legal in a stroke, please have them ask their coach. Sign-up for Make-up Time Trials will close at midnight on Saturday, 6/7. No entries will accepted after event registration closes.
Sat Jun 7	Job Signup closed Meet Entry closed Wahoos Time Trials 2025 @ WC Wakefield Chapel Start: 8:30 AM Warm-up: 7:45 AM End: 11:30 AM (estimated) Time trials is the first opportunity for Wahoos swimmers to establish their times for the 2025 season. All Wahoos are encouraged to swim all the strokes in which they can legally complete the required distance for their age. Sign up for Time Trials will close at midnight on Saturday, May 31. No entries will accepted after registration closes - you MUST sign up no later than Saturday, May 31.
Wed Jun 4	Job Signup closed Swim Team Ice Cream Social WCRA Pavilion Start: 4:30 PM End: 6:45 PM Join us for our second Wahoos Swim Team Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, June 4 following each practice! No need to RSVP -- all Wahoos Swimmers are invited to socialize and enjoy a sweet treat after their practice! The Swim Team will provide the ice cream -- *each family needs to bring a nut-free topping to share! Drop it off at the Snack Bar at the beginning of your practice!*

Tue May 27	First Day of Afternoon Practice Start: 3:30 PM End: 6:45 PM Age 13+: 3:30-4:30 Age 9-12: 4:15-5:15 Age 6-8: 5:00-6:00 Age 4-5: 6:00-6:45 All swimmers should attend their own age group practice. Limited exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. You MUST contact the Team Reps IN ADVANCE to request an alternate practice time during afternoon practices.
Sun May 11	Wahoos Swim Parent Meeting WCRA Pavilion Start: 7:00 PM End: 8:00 PM Come and meet with the Wahoos Swim Reps to learn more about the 2025 Swim Season! The meeting will be in-person at the WCRA Pavillion. We will provide information about the upcoming Wahoos Season, and have time to answer questions. This meeting is appropriate for new and returning Wahoo families, as well as WCRA members who are interested in learning more about the Swim Team! In addition to the in-person option, a Zoom Link for the meeting will be sent to registered Wahoo Families prior to the meeting.

Sat Jul 20 2024	Job Signup closed 2024 Wahoos Swim Banquet & Awards Ceremony Wakefield Chapel Start: 4:30 PM End: 11:00 PM We're Rolling Out the Red Carpet at our Annual Wahoos Swim Team Banquet and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, July 20th beginning at 4:30pm. CLICK HERE to see all of the details and to register for the event! This is not the same RSVP process as for other events this season. You must click on the link, which will take you to the Swim Banquet Info page. There you will find all of the banquet details. Then, click on Swim Banquet Registration at the bottom to make your selections and pay to attend. We need MANY volunteers to make this great event happen! Click on JOB SIGNUP to help! All family members who plan to eat dinner and/or cake - *parents, swimmers and siblings* - must register! Registration closes on Tuesday, July 16 at 11:59pm.

MEET ORDER: First Half: Individual Medley, Freestyle, Backstroke Second Half: Breaststroke, Butterfly Each D3 team sends TWO swimmers for each event (by gender and age) to compete against swimmers from the other 5 D3 pools. Each swimmer can swim in a maximum of TWO individual events. *Please see the JOB SIGNUP for Volunteer Needs! We are asked to provide experienced* timers, table workers and deck officials.
